i started rebel learn because I don't see learning and development as the bandaid to fix all the issues. I see it as a way to augment the processes, people and products you already have in place and I wanted to share that philosophy.
I have been working in this space for almost 15 years and have been fortunate enough to build several programs from scratch. Regardless of the industry, the pain points are always the same. if you build a program for you instead of for your intended audience, you will rarely be successful. the learner experience is paramount and should drive your choices.
my background combines experience in learning and development, product management, quality assurance and development lifecycle. i understand the full scope of how humans want to interact with content and products and what will engage them.
i look forward to being your partner in this endeavor. for detailed information on my background and work history please visit my linkedin page.
